About The Event

Breathing is to live!

All our cells need oxygen to function well. Our body breathes involuntary when we are awake, sleeping or actively exercising.

Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life force and ayama means extending or stretching therefore pranayama is known as the extension of breath.

Research has shown a practice of controlled breathing can not only increase overall body wellness but is a very effective tool for decreasing the physical effects of stress.

We are very excited to Welcome Schanelle Denton to our team here at Salt Sanctuary Wellness Clinic to run these classes helping our clients to better health. Schanelle has over 11 years of teaching experience; she uses mindfulness, yogic philosophy and neurolinguistic programming to implement positive mindsets in students of all ages.
