Kale (chopped, stalks removed)
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
1 tbsp coconut oil
Set over to 110 degrees. Toss kale in oil and salt & pepper. Cook on a tray until crisp (approx 10mins) and sprinkle over chilli flakes.
