Chicken Patties

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken (mince)

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (+ 1/4 tsp black pepper)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 whole golden delicious apple

  • 2 tablespoons sage (fresh)

  • 1⁄2 cup almond flour

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice* (ensure not contaminated with other allergens. See ingredient guide.)

  • 1 tablespoon tomato juice (fresh, pure)

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the chicken and blend together. Form into patties and grill on each side for 5 minutes until cooked through.
