New year. New You.

January 9, 2018

The end of the year can be a stressful time for some people.  The holidays are great if you get time off, but often the added pressure of Christmas, Christmas shopping, visiting family or friends or the accentuated feeling of loneliness can be really unsettling.

Fortunately the new year brings with it a fresh injection of hope and motivation.

This is the best time to plan for the year ahead.

Write down your goals.

Give them a due date or time commitment.

Start with the biggest goal and make plans to achieve it.

Keep going until you have planned a year around achieving all your goals.

Meditate every day and be grateful for all life now. Then spend time visualising having already achieved you goals and really feel enjoyed. Send that energy into the universe.

Make sure you make time for your health and mind.

To be your best you, you need to be in the best health.

Plan your day to include meditation, exercise and good nutrition.

Check in with your body. How does it feel?

Don't waste money buying supplements unless you actually know what you need because if your body doesn't need it, you are only creating more stress on your body. The best way to find out, is to check in with your Naturopath and get a hair analysis done. This will give you an accurate report of what your body needs to perform at it's best.

Make the start of every new year the time to check in with your Naturopath.
