Chocolate Chia Mousse

6 Ingredients
2 servings
10 Minutes Total Time

• 1 avocado (ripe, peeled and pitted)
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 cup almond milk 
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 8 drops stevia(pure inulin free) (liquid) or 2     tablespoons of rice syrup
• 4 tablespoons cacao (pure) (powder)


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, until smooth
and creamy.
Spoon the mousse into two serving glasses or bowls and chill slightly before
